The “bullet” phase plug, crafted from pure aluminum, acts as a radiator cooling system for the voice coil and is precision-machined for even sound dissipation. Beyond its good looks, this extremely light cone offers excellent damping, ensuring a natural and accurate sound.

A triple-roll cloth surround, combined with an optimized fiber-pressed paper cone, guarantees a smooth frequency response that extends to high ranges. This design facilitates an easy transition to a super tweeter, though according to customers, the high-frequency response from this speaker often doesn't require additional tweeter support!

The suspension design of this midrange speaker includes a single-layer spider connected to the coil former with premium stitched lead wires. It is powered by a copper-clad aluminum wire voice coil, ensuring high efficiency and excellent power handling.
