At Amped Up Car Audio, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process, order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Shipping Information
We proudly ship to addresses across the United States. While most items ship quickly, some specialty products may require additional processing time. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Details:

Shipping Carriers: We use trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Delivery Estimates: Based on product availability and your selected shipping method, estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates: Calculated based on the weight of your items and rounded up to the next full pound in accordance with carrier policies.

Product Restrictions: Some items may have shipping limitations or may not be eligible for international delivery.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before your order ships by submitting a support request.
How to Cancel:

Go to our Contact Form

Choose "Billing/Order Issue"

Use the subject line "Order Cancellation"

Include your Order ID in the message
Cancellation Policy:

If your order has not been marked as Shipped, Awaiting Fulfilment, or Partially Shipped, you are eligible for cancellation.

You will receive a full refund minus a 3% credit card processing fee we incur from payment providers.

Orders placed for items with a stated lead time are not eligible for cancellation, as these products are often built to order or allocated specifically for your purchase.

Once an order is marked as shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but may be eligible for return (see below).
Return Policy
We accept returns on most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, hardware, and manuals.

If your order arrives damaged, it may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Photos and/or videos of the damage must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, and the product must remain unused and unmounted.

Special order or custom products are not eligible for return.

Select "Return Request" as the issue type

Include your Order ID and reason for return

Wait for return approval before shipping your item back
Return Shipping:

You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We recommend trackable and insured shipping, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Restocking Fee:

Returns that are not our fault (e.g., buyer’s remorse, incorrect item ordered) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund as follows:

3–5 business days to process the return once received

5–10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund

Full process may take up to 4 weeks, including shipping time
Refund Deductions:

A 3% non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from all refunds

Restocking fees may apply if the return was not due to our error
