Shipping Information

We proudly ship to customers across the Continental United States. Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions depending on location.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Most orders ship same day when placed during business hours
  • During holidays, sales, or peak seasons, processing time may be 1–3 business days
  • If any delays occur, we will notify you via email or phone

Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days depending on the shipping method selected
  • Once your order has shipped, you must contact the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx) for delivery issues
  • We are unable to act on your behalf once the package is in transit

Shipping Rates

  • FREE shipping on orders over $100 within the Continental US
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and rounded up per carrier requirements

Important Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is marked Delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.

If you believe your delivery location is unsafe:

  • Ship to a secure location (example: workplace)
  • Request signature confirmation in your order notes

Amped Up Car Audio is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

Route Package Protection

We offer optional Route Shipping Protection at checkout.

  • Covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit
  • Includes real-time tracking via the Route app
  • Available on iOS and Android

Route protection is non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, you must contact us before it ships.

Cancellation Terms

  • Orders not yet shipped may be canceled
  • A 25% cancellation fee applies to all canceled orders
  • Built-to-order and special order items cannot be canceled

Once an order is marked Shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days (1 month) of delivery on eligible items.

Return Requirements

Items must be:

  • Brand new
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • Never been mounted
  • In original packaging with all hardware and manuals
  • Free of any scratches, wear, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following are NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE:

  • Special order or custom products
    (example: alternators, custom sized aero ports, custom subwoofers, subwoofer boxes)
  • Digital products
  • Non-physical products (example: Route protection)
  • Any item marked as non-returnable on the product page

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Photos or videos are required
  • Item must remain unused and unmounted

Failure to report within 24 hours may result in denial of claim.


Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Submit a request through our Contact Form
  2. Include your Order ID and reason
  3. Wait for approval before sending anything back

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our fault
  • We strongly recommend insured and trackable shipping
  • We are not responsible for damage or lost return shipments

Restocking Fees

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns not due to our error
  • This includes incorrect orders or buyer’s remorse

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

Processing Time

  • 3–5 business days to process
  • 5–10 business days for bank processing
  • Total time may take up to 3 weeks including transit

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • All applicable fees will be deducted:
    • 25% cancellation or restocking fee
    • Shipping costs (if applicable)

  • All policies are strictly enforced
  • By placing an order, you agree to all terms listed above
  • Some items may have specific return terms listed on their product page
