PRV Audio introduces the DSP2.4X Digital Signal Processor, bringing innovation and technology to the automotive sound market. This processor offers a range of adjustments, including filters, graphic and parametric equalization, alignment, phase inversion, limiter, and audio generation, enhancing your audio system.
Featuring an LCD display and an intuitive interface, the DSP 2.4X allows for real-time audio adjustments. It includes 2 audio inputs (A and B) and 4 independent outputs, letting you choose the audio source (A, B, or A + B) for each output. The integrated equalization system includes a 15-band graphic equalizer with manual tuning or 12 presets (Flat, Loudness, Bass Boost, Mid Bass, Treble Boost, Powerful, Electronic, Rock, Hip Hop, Pop, Vocal, and Pancadão).
For professional equalization adjustments, the DSP 2.4X includes one input parametric equalizer and one output parametric equalizer, offering gain control, specific frequency settings, and equalizer bandwidth for fine adjustments and detailed control.
The crossover function allows precise definition of cut frequencies, attenuation rates, and topology for LowPass and HighPass filters, supporting Butterworth and Linkwitz-Riley filters (12/18/24/36/48 dB per octave).
To protect amplifiers and loudspeakers, the DSP 2.4X features a Limiter with a Dynamic Attack-Release system, which dynamically controls the attack and release parameters in real-time, ensuring security and sound fidelity.
The DSP 2.4X also offers alignment capabilities with high-accuracy delay, phase inversion, independent gain by output, and master level control for precise audio treatment. It includes an integrated audio generator with tone generation, frequency sweep, and pink noise for accurate measurements and adjustments, along with configuration copy functions between output channels.
Additional features include management, save and load settings in memory, a security password to block parameter editing, a marquee/text display, and language selection.
**Sequencer Feature**
The sequencer feature allows sequential triggering of other products via the remote trigger connection (REM). Use a cable of at least 20 AWG. The sequencer includes three outputs (S1, S2, and S3), which are sequentially activated and deactivated based on the input signal from the remote input (REM IN).
The triggering interval between each output can be set from 0 to 4 seconds. If set to 0 seconds, all three outputs will be enabled and disabled simultaneously, 3 seconds after the REM IN signal changes.
