Order Cancellations and Refund Requests

If you decide to cancel your order or request a refund after placing it, we will deduct a 3% credit card processing fee from your refund. This fee covers the charges we pay to credit card companies that are non-refundable.

Returns Policy
You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our mistake (like receiving the wrong or defective item), we’ll also cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are usually processed within four weeks after you send the package back to us, but many refunds are completed faster. This time frame includes:

  • 5 to 10 business days for the package to reach us
  • 3 to 5 business days to process the return once we get it
  • 5 to 10 business days for your bank to complete the refund

If you’d like to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product. We’ll provide you with instructions to make the return process easy.

Restocking Fee
If you return an item simply because you no longer want it or it doesn’t fit (and it’s not our mistake), we will charge a 20% restocking fee.


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
