This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Sundown Audio. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier and is non-transferable. Wear and tear are not considered a manufacturer defect. All warranty returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice or receipt. You must contact us to request an RMA number prior to sending any returns via the RMA request form on our website. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your amplifier back to us for warranty consideration. If your amplifier is covered under warranty ground shipping back to you will be no charge (within the continuous continental 48 US States). If your amplifier is replaced/repaired outside of warranty, if no defect is found, or you choose to have your item sent back to you your shipping will be billed to you. At the sole discretion of Sundown Audio your amplifier will be either repaired, replaced or offered to be exchanged for a different item of like kind and quality when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Sundown Audio, the customer is liable of the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly package your return. Please keep your tracking number available in case of missing/lost packages as you would need to contact the shipping carrier you chose to file a claim for a missing/lost package. In no event will Sundown Audio be liable for incidental, consequential or other damages resulting from the use of this product. This includes but is not limited to, damage of hearing, property or person, damage based upon inconvenience or on loss of use of the product, and to the extent permitted by law, damages for personal injury. This warranty give you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Sundown Audio also offers a 5-Year discounted trade-in program for select items. We are so certain of the quality of our equipment that for certain models we will offer a trade credit on working and non-working models. Credit amounts can vary based on inspection by our returns department. Any quotes given prior to receiving an item for trade are subject to change. Yardsale and Refurbished Warranty Information: All Yardsale and Refurbished product have no expressed warranty unless explicitly stated on the listing. All yardsale and refurbished product are sold as-is. ONLINE RETURN POLICY Effective as of: December 19, 2023 RETURNS & EXCHANGES: For items purchased online, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date (unless purchased from the Yard Sale). To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at retuns@sundownaudio.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item’s order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange. Return Shipping: Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned/exchange for other reasons will be paid for by the customer. Eligible Items: The following items: Clearance items, final sale items, special-order items, custom products and gift cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy. Condition Of Items: Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items may be “open box” but must be unused, undamaged, and complete with all original packaging. Restocking Fee: Except for items that are returned/exchanged for being damaged or defective, to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking certain items, a restocking fee of 15% (or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is less) may be assessed for any and all returned items.
