In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Sundown Audio, the customer is liable of the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Yardsale and Refurbished Warranty Information: All Yardsale and Refurbished product have no expressed warranty unless explicitly stated on the listing. All yardsale and refurbished product are sold as-is. ONLINE RETURN POLICY Effective as of: December 19, 2023 RETURNS & EXCHANGES: For items purchased online, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date (unless purchased from the Yard Sale).   Very great experience with this pre-order. Jacob keep in contact with me though the whole process. These subwoofers aren't cheap or light and had zero problems with purchasing or delivery. These are the craziest looking subwoofers I have ever seen or owned! Can't wait to hear them! Thanks again and will always do business with Ampedup!
